McLaren today confirmed his plans to bring back the name of McLaren for the GT sports car racing. From 2012, McLaren Racing and CRS will provide and support a number of GT3 racing car based on the car McLaren MP4-12C high-performance sport for Europe-based privateers. 15 years since the famous McLaren F1 GTR won the famous 24 Heures du Mans in the world (Le Mans) on debut, and 12 years since six 'Longtails' last raced at Le Mans, and CRS McLaren Racing, a successful and experienced English-racing team based, began working development aimed at changing the way cars 12C to-win sports car racing GT3.
